Fetalix CEO Joana Caldeira participated in the Women Leadership Programme during the European Innovation Council (EIC) Summit, an initiative dedicated to supporting women leaders in science, technology, and entrepreneurship across Europe.
Organized within the framework of the EIC, the programme brings together women researchers, founders, and innovation leaders through leadership training, mentoring, business coaching, and networking activities. Its objective is to strengthen leadership capabilities and support the growth of women-led deep-tech ventures with high innovation potential.
The initiative also creates opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange among participants working at the intersection of science, technology, and entrepreneurship, helping accelerate the translation of research-driven innovation into scalable companies and technologies.
Through participation, Fetalix joined a broader European network of women-led innovation ventures contributing to the future of healthcare and deep-tech development.
