As Fetalix continues to grow, the company is strengthening the multidisciplinary team behind the development of its technology. Expanding expertise across scientific, technical, and operational areas is an important step in supporting the scale-up of innovation and advancing new therapies toward clinical application.

Supported by the Portugal 2030-funded FET-DISC project, Fetalix has welcomed two new team members who will contribute to the continued development of the company's fetal-inspired regenerative biomaterial.
Isabel Oliveira has joined Fetalix as an Applied Scientist and will focus on scaling up the production of the company's fetal-inspired biomaterial, supporting the transition from laboratory research to a robust and scalable manufacturing process. Ana Carolina Monteiro has joined as Project Manager and will coordinate project activities while supporting communication and dissemination initiatives, helping to ensure the effective execution of Fetalix's research and innovation programmes.
The continued growth of the Fetalix team reflects the company's commitment to building the capabilities needed to translate scientific innovation into clinical impact.
