Fetalix was awarded first place in the Biotech vertical of the pitch competition at Startup OLÉ Salamanca, one of Europe's leading events for technology entrepreneurship and innovation. The competition brings together startups from a wide range of sectors, providing opportunities to present disruptive technologies to investors, corporates, and innovation stakeholders from across Europe and beyond.
The award-winning pitch was delivered by Catarina Milheiro, who presented Fetalix's vision for developing fetal-inspired regenerative biomaterials to address intervertebral disc degeneration and associated low back pain.
